Formulations and manufacturing processes are tailored to meet customer needs. Ravenol offers Fully Synthetic (PAO and Ester), Hydrocracked, Semi-Synthetic & Mineral automotive lubricants.
CleanSynto® offers exceptional protection to critical parts of the engine from premature wear.
RAVENOL engine oils meet the requirements and specifications of leading automotive manufactures from around the world. This is confirmed by Ravenol’s many OEM approvals (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
Ravenol’s products are extremely reliable and efficient. Their products help extend the service life of your engine, reduce fuel consumption, thereby reducing the impact your vehicle’s engine has on the environment.
Ravenol Transmission and Final Drive Oils:
RAVENOL high performance transmission oils offer extra protection against wear and help to reduce vibration, especially at higher speeds. We have one of the widest ranges of Automatic Transmission Fluids (ATF’s) available worldwide. A total of 36 OEM approved ATF’s, which cover virtually every possible OEM requirement. Ravenol has the latest OEM specifications.
An article that appeared in Lube Report on the 29th of April 2015, written by Joe Beeton, confirmed the reason for this. Khaled Zreik, GM’s senior lubricant engineer speaking at the Uniti Mineral Oil Technology Congress emphasized the importance of following original equipment manufacturers’ guidelines for service-fill ATF. He warned that end users should be wary of the myriad ATFs in the market that claim to meet universal specifications – such as both GM’s Dexron-VI and Ford’s Mercon V – as each is different, and such universality is impossible. Furthermore, Zreik stressed that aftermarket additives cannot convert or “up treat” one fluid to another. “We always see these kinds of claims, and have tested way too many such products. The results always show that the claims are hilarious.”

Ravenol Power Steering Fluids:
RAVENOL special hydraulic fluids have been developed for use in a variety of applications such as self-leveling and hydro pneumatic
suspension systems, power steering systems, dampers etc. Each is carefully blended to match as closely as possible the required specifications of the unit or vehicle manufacturer.
Modern engine coolants are more than just antifreeze. RAVENOL Antifreeze is a cooling and antifreeze agent based on mono ethylene glycol (MEG), that has been produced to correspond with the newest water cooled motors, and to which a special additive package has been added to guarantee a year-round faultless functioning of your engine.
Brake fluid is possibly the single most neglected component of the automobile. Most high performance drivers check their tyre pressures and change their engine oil at frequent intervals, but virtually no one ever changes the brake fluid in their car.
Brake fluids must have certain characteristics and meet certain quality standards for the braking system to work properly. Ravenol brake fluids provide advanced braking performance for everyday driving, high-temperature performance, racing and power-sports applications. Ravenol have DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 brake fluids as well as Racing Brake Fluid R325+
Greases can be defined as solid to semi-fluid products of the dispersion of a thickening agent in a liquid lubricant. Commodity greases, usually based on lithium, calcium or sodium soaps (including some EP and lithium complex products) are general-purpose, low-cost products produced in large volumes. High-specification greases, often based on a complex soap, are frequently manufactured with highly refined or synthetic base oils for more demanding applications than can be met with commodity grease products. Nowadays the performance of greases is described by norms such as DIN 51 502 in Europe and ISO. Ravensberger Schmierstoffvertrieb GmbH marks its greases according to DIN 51 502.
