Return Policy:

How to Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

  • Please email info@ravenol.co.za to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
  • Mail your returned item to:
    307 Lower Main Road, Observatory, Cape Town, 7925
  • Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions:

  • Opened items cannot be returned
  • Damaged stock cannot be returned
  • It has been more than 14 days since your purchase

Restocking Fee:

If a return is approved, all items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your purchase, you will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. Exchanges must still take place before 30 days have elapsed.

Credit Card Charges:

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Sales Policy:

Acceptance of Order and Stock Availability:

Orders may be placed for goods which we, as Ravenol South Africa, may accept or reject. The acceptance of the order depends on the stock availability, correctness of information regarding the items (including the price thereof) and receipt or authorisation of payment for said items. Orders may also be withheld due to the aforementioned factors. You will be notified of this. 

The acceptance of an order will be sent electronically (via email or SMS). This will state that a waybill has been created for your consignment or that your order is ready for collection. It is only at this moment that the agreement of sale between you and Ravenol South Africa comes into effect.  This is not to be confused with a confirmation of order from our online store. 

Should an order have to be cancelled due to any unforseen circumstances, you will be notified and a refund for the amount paid will be issued as soon as possible. 

At Ravenol South Africa, we do our very best in order to ensure that the pricing and stock levels of our products listed on the online store are correct; however, you acknowledge that stock of all items on offer are limited and that pricing may change at any time without notice to you.

Shipping Policy:

Turnaround:

Once notification of payment from our available payment gateways has been received, your order will be processed and will be readied for collection. Should an EFT be made to the company, proof of payment must be emailed from the bank; otherwise it will not be accepted (orders will then only ship once proof of payment has been received).

 Couriers collect every week day from 3pm. Collection will take place within 48 hours (Monday to Friday); however, most consignments will be shipped on the same day that payment is received (so long as it is before 3pm).

Carriers:

We use The Courier Guy to deliver all non-local consignments. Should you wish to use your own couriers, kindly select the “Store Collection” option. Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for any mishaps, delays, breakages or problems that occur once a consignment has been collected from our premises. Ravenol South Africa is also not responsible for the unauthorised use or loss of the goods after the order has been collected or delivered to the relevant Shipping Address provided by you. 

Order Tracking:

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
