Toyota GR Supra GT4 on the road with RAVENOL lubricants

TOYOTA GAZOO Racing today announced the launch dates for the GR Supra GT4. The new customer sport racing car will be available in Europe from March 2020.

RAVENOL lubricants in the GR Supra GT4: The Toyota racing car has a displacement of 2,998 ccm and is driven by a six-cylinder in-line engine with a twin-scroll turbocharger. The unit is optimally lubricated by the engine oil RAVENOL RUP Racing Ultra Performance SAE 5W-40 , which is designed on special USVO® technology . This state-of-the-art, fully synthetic engine oil with special molybdenum and tungsten additives is ideal due to its unique formulation for racing use and particularly extreme conditions – lubrication reliability at very high operating temperatures, a high HTHS value and extreme shear stability are guaranteed. Additional oils and operating fluids from RAVENOL come in the Supra GT4: the RAVENOL DGL SAE 75W-85 GL-5 LSin the automatic transmission (rear-wheel drive), the high-performance brake fluid RAVENOL Racing Brake Fluid R325 + for the brake system and the RAVENOL LTC – Protect C12 ++ , an environmentally friendly coolant for the cooling circuits of internal combustion engines based on 1.2 ethanediol (monoethylene glycol).

In addition to the new Supra, all TMG GT86 racing and rally cars (GT86 CS-Cup, GT86 CS-R3 and GT86 CS-V3) built by TOYOTA Motorsport GmbH will be equipped with the initial oil filling from the lubricant specialist RAVENOL.
