With over 35 years of experience in the oil industry, Freddi brings a wealth of expertise to his role, focusing on the importance of using the correct, OEM-approved lubricants to ensure vehicles perform at their best and last longer.
He is deeply passionate about the Ravenol brand and its commitment to quality. Beyond his leadership, Freddi has a personal interest in motorsport and speed, particularly with high-performance vehicles like the Nissan R35 GTR, which he uses to demonstrate the effectiveness of Ravenol’s products. Under his guidance, Ravenol South Africa emphasises customer education and exceptional service, establishing itself as a trusted name in the automotive industry.

GENERAL MANAGER
With over 8 years of experience in the business and a BCom degree, James plays a key role in operations, strategy, and customer relations.
As the son of CEO Freddi Stafford, James has grown alongside the company and shares the same deep-rooted passion for high-performance vehicles and motorsport. He is committed to upholding Ravenol’s reputation for quality and innovation, helping customers make informed decisions about the lubricants that protect and enhance their engines.
Driven by a strong belief in education, service, and brand integrity, James is actively involved in bringing Ravenol’s performance and reliability to workshops, dealerships, and enthusiasts across South Africa.
ANDY STAFFORD
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Andy is the Assistant General Manager of Ravenol South Africa. With 5 years of experience in the business, Andy plays a key role in sales, logistics, and customer relationships across the country.
As a member of the Stafford family, Andy has grown up around the Ravenol brand and brings a deep-rooted passion for the automotive world. His practical, hands-on approach ensures that customers—whether they’re end-users, workshops, or resellers—receive the dedicated support and service that Ravenol is known for.

FINANCIAL MANAGER
James Fleischman is the Financial Manager at Ravenol South Africa and has been with the company since 2016.
With a strong background in finance and a meticulous eye for detail, James oversees the financial health of the business—ensuring accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and long-term financial planning. His steady guidance and analytical skills have been instrumental in supporting Ravenol SA’s growth, allowing the company to navigate challenges and seize new opportunities with confidence.

Jessica Cooper is the Human Resources Manager at Ravenol South Africa. She holds an Honours degree in Psychology and joined the company in 2023.
With a deep understanding of people and workplace dynamics, Jessica plays a key role in fostering a positive, performance-driven environment. Her approach to HR is both compassionate and strategic—focusing on employee well-being, effective communication, and talent development.

MPUMZI MANGALA
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Mpumzi Mangala is the Warehouse Manager at Ravenol South Africa and has been a dedicated member of the team since 2018.
As our licensed forklift operator, Mpumzi oversees all aspects of warehouse operations—from stock handling and dispatching to maintaining order and efficiency in the facility. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping everything running smoothly make him an invaluable part of the company’s logistics chain.

Rico Meyer is a versatile and dedicated member of the Ravenol South Africa team, having joined the company in 2023.
As a driver and certified forklift operator, Rico ensures that our logistical operations run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to his transport duties, he plays a key role in the ongoing development and enhancement of our premises. From assisting with upgrades at our main facility to hands-on projects at the Ravenol Clubhouse at Killarney, Rico brings practical skill and attention to detail to every task.
His work contributes meaningfully to the growth and professional image of the Ravenol brand.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Linda Benge joined Ravenol South Africa in 2022 and plays a vital role in our warehouse operations.
As our Warehouse Assistant, he oversees all e-commerce orders with great care and efficiency, ensuring our online customers receive prompt and accurate service. Linda also helps manage our Collection Point, assisting customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
His reliability, attention to detail, and positive attitude make him a valuable member of our team.
