To maintain a structured and effective sponsorship program, all requests will be carefully reviewed, and a contract will be provided upon approval. Once your request has been assessed, our marketing team will contact you with further details.
Please note the following sponsorship terms:
Ravenol SA does not purchase vehicles for sponsored individuals or teams.
Sponsored individuals/teams must maintain a professional image that aligns with Ravenol’s brand values.
Ravenol branding (stickers, logos, apparel, etc.) must be clearly visible on the sponsored vehicle, gear, or promotional materials.
Any modifications to branding placement must be pre-approved by Ravenol SA.
Sponsored athletes/teams must post a minimum of one Ravenol-related post per event on their social media platforms.
Posts must be public and tag @RavenolSA
Any additional marketing content (such as videos, interviews, or blog posts) featuring Ravenol products is encouraged.
Sponsored individuals/teams should make a reasonable effort to attend Ravenol SA promotional events where possible.
Participation in Ravenol activations, meet-and-greets, or other promotional activities may be required if requested in advance.
Sponsored athletes/teams must not promote competing lubricant brands during the sponsorship period.
If an existing deal with another lubricant company is in place, Ravenol SA must be informed before sponsorship approval.
Any misconduct, unsportsmanlike behavior, or actions that negatively impact Ravenol’s reputation may result in immediate termination of sponsorship.
Sponsored individuals/teams should maintain open communication with Ravenol SA regarding race results, media coverage, and product feedback.
A sponsorship contract will be issued and must be signed before sponsorship benefits are granted.
Any violation of the contract terms may result in suspension or termination of sponsorship without prior notice.
